TO THE PRESIDENTS OF THE MEMBER ASSOCIATIONS

Re : 2005 Assembly

I have the pleasure of informing you that the 2005 annual meeting of the Assembly has been fixed for Saturday 16th April 2005. The meeting will start at 9.00 a.m. and the venue is Automobile Club de France, 6-8 Place de la Concorde, Paris 8e (métro: Concorde).

I would be grateful if you would let me know who will be the delegate(s) of your Association at this meeting. A registration form is attached herewith.

Each Association will receive by post a copy of the meeting documents with a request to pass this bundle to any delegates who may be representing your Association at the Assembly meeting. I attach herewith the Agenda.

I would be grateful if the Presidents of the Member Associations who have any proposals for elections, other than those proposed by the Nominating Committee, could let me have these not later than 31st March 2005.

May I also remind the Presidents of the Member Associations that one of the functions of the Assembly is to admit new Titulary Members.
